Kieran has worked in Oldtown Construction since 1993. During this time along with his father Billy they have expanded and progressed the business and take pride in the hard won reputation for design and delivery of high quality farm builds, to Department of Agriculture Specifications, in a safe and timely manner, and from inception have maintained our emphasis on providing a personal, service to all of our clients.

Farmbuild.ie is the online shop of Oldtown Construction Ltd., a family-run construction company situated in south Laois. Oldtown Construction has sold farm building and construction products for decades and are now seeking to expand and grow this sector to a wider online audience. Here at Farmbuild.ie, we use our decades of experience and expertise in farm buildings and all areas of construction, to provide a helpful, competent, and efficient online service for current and future customers. Our aim is to sell our products in an online market, while maintaining our locally competitive prices, to provide the same goods in-store and online, at similar if not the same price.
Structural Steel
In July 2014 it became a legal requirement for all fabricated structural steel work delivered to site to be CE Marked. In order to comply with these regulations, all steel work contractors must have an Execution Class equal or greater than that required for the project. Our sister company Oldtown Engineering Ltd is CE Marked approved which ensures that all structural steel delivered is to the highest specifications.
