We have over four decades of expertise in fabricating and fitting structural steel and all our steel comes with certification and traceability. We have built up strong relationships with builders around the country, particularly in the greater Dublin area. Oldtown Construction collaborates closely with the client’s engineers, architects, and quantity surveyors to deliver the required steel to the site.
We use the latest computer software to produce detailed fabrication and installation drawings, which give our clients a diagram of the steel installation on-site. We also provide a structural steel fitting service if required.
When the drawings are approved by the client’s engineers, a member of our team will consult with the builder and take the final measurements on site. The fabrication of the steel takes place in our workshop in Cullohill, Co. Laois. Once the final finish is applied to the steel, it is available for delivery to site via ourselves or one of our transportation partners. There are three different finishes available…
